Toe box loosey goosey

Nice looking shoe but super tough to put on for people with high arches. And once on, no way to secure foot in toe box so it slides around in a blistery, non supportive kind of way. Wish i could return them and put the $$ towards something that fits me better.

Hi Folks!
I have now written three responses to the dilemma regarding this order . This was my first time ordering my much loved K Swiss tennis shoes on - line and have been a loyal purchaser for almost 30 years! The picture of the shoe in this order did not show laces, nor did the description tell you that it is actually a slip on…I cannot get the shoe on ..I have a high instep arch and need LACES.
I wroteManny and Sarah and also had to spend Over $20.00 to ship them back to you as your Return portal using Bear…? located in Ottawa has no phone number to call for assistance just saying bring the shoes to a welcome kiosk in the Rideau Mall which is three stores and has over150 stores!
I am 74 years old and have to drive over an hour from Rockland to get to this Ottawa location which has no person to talk to .
I mailed these tennis shoes back on Tuesday and you should receive them this Friday, Feb 10 th according to my Tracker information.
I paid for this product in good faith and all I want is a good lace tennis shoe so that I can still give my younger opponents a good game.
Manny said the Rennells are not good for tennis as I had asked for them as a replacement…the photos and descriptions do not make this information clear in the details on line so Manny has suggested a Highcourt pair which will make me very happy .I Look forward to receiving them .
