Return Policy

Important Note Regarding Summer Sale Products:

All products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Products marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
We hope you love your K-Swiss product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, enjoy return shipping for up to 30 days.

We will process your refund once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse. Please note, returns can take 7-14 days to receive at our warehouse. Refunds can take an additional 10 days to refund to original form of payment.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Only orders purchased online at can be returned.

Any K-Swiss merchandise purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
We offer convenient package-free returns with our partner ReturnBear (original shoe box must be returned and in good condition).
With kiosks conveniently located across Canada you won't have to print labels or re-pack your items. Just drop them off at a ReturnBear kiosk with your QR code and know that your problems are solved. If mail-in is easier, you can still do that too!
